What AI Cannot Learn From a Room
We are handing leaders a lot of prompts these days, and not nearly enough judgment. I want to name where I think that gets dangerous, because AI is not going away. It is going to get more prolific, showing up in every meeting, every report, every hiring decision, whether we invite it in on purpose or not.
